Return & Refund Policy

🛍️ Returns

Because all of our products are made to order through our printing partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the item itself.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Or if you received the wrong item

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number and contact info

Email all return requests to griffin@athleteclassroom.com.


⚠️ Important Note

Since all ISE merchandise is custom-printed to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address input by the customer

Please double-check sizing and address details before placing your order.


🚚 Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up after 30 days, contact us and we will work with Printify to resolve it for you.


💳 Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we’ll:

  • Provide a replacement at no cost
    OR

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to post it.
