Inspire. Success. Early. (ISE) is a top-15 nationally ranked lacrosse program built to develop elite athletes and create real-world impact. 

With millions of views on social media, over $40,000 raised for breast cancer awareness (in partnership with the HEADstrong Foundation), and a full-time in-house media team, we help players:
• Have fun on and off the field 
• Get recruited  
• Grow into leaders who inspire success early

ISE lacrosse started as a fun off-season project called Ice Spice Elite. As the movement grew nationally, so did the mission. We rebranded to Inspire Success Early to reflect what we truly stand for: Purpose-driven athletes competing at the highest level—and giving back through the game.
