ISE is led by a team of experienced coaches, mentors, and leaders dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field. Our staff brings a high level of playing and coaching experience, creating an environment focused on growth, competition, and accountability.

Founding Leadership
This sounds more professional than "Coaches & Staff" and clearly separates them from the regular coaching team.
Yosef Ngowe founded ISE Lacrosse to create competitive opportunities that help young athletes grow both on and off the field. A former collegiate midfielder, Yosef competed at Mercer University, Lindenwood University, and Rollins College. He has also represented Uganda internationally, competing at the 2022 World Lacrosse Men's U21 Championship and the 2023 World Lacrosse Men's Championship. Through ISE, Yosef combines his experience as an athlete, entrepreneur, and content creator to provide players with high-level competition, greater exposure, and meaningful opportunities to develop as leaders.
Griffin Strange is the co-founder of ISE Lacrosse and a Division I faceoff specialist at St. John's University. Before joining the Red Storm, Griffin competed at Hobart and developed his game at IMG Academy. During his high school career, he recorded a faceoff winning percentage above 75 percent, surpassed 100 career points, and earned recognition as a two-time Under Armour All-American. Griffin brings a current player's perspective to ISE, helping create competitive experiences that emphasize technical development, confidence, leadership, and preparation for the next level.

Myles Jones is one of the most recognizable and accomplished players in modern lacrosse. At Duke University, he helped the Blue Devils win back-to-back NCAA Division I National Championships in 2013 and 2014. He became a three-time All-American, a two-time national Midfielder of the Year, a two-time Tewaaraton Award finalist, and the 2016 ACC Offensive Player of the Year. He finished his Duke career with 231 points and became the first midfielder in NCAA history to record both 100 career goals and 100 career assists.
